The University of Economics in Bratislava is one of the best universities in the world with a focus on economic education programs that have received the prestigious AACSB accreditation. The only university in Slovakia that provides comprehensive education in economics and management in all study programs and at all three levels of study.

In addition to the study programs accredited by the Faculty, the Faculty also offers joint study programs with the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University - Economics and Law and Economics. At the master's level, the faculty also provides the opportunity to study various programs in English. Foreign mobility of students and teachers contributes to the development of international cooperation, as well as the improvement of the work of the faculty.

The Faculty of Commerce and Industry of the University of Economics in Bratislava is an educational and research institute that provides education in scientific disciplines related to trade. The main condition for admission to the 1st level of study (bachelor's degree) is the possession of a complete general secondary education or a complete secondary vocational education.
Additional conditions:
1. The entrance examination for the first level of study includes:
SCIO General Academic Abilities Test;
SCIO test in one foreign language of the applicant’s choice and in accordance with the faculty’s proposal (English, German or Russian).
Foreign applicants are required to pass an entrance exam in the Slovak language or provide a certificate confirming knowledge of the Slovak language at level B2.

Faculty of Economic Informatics
The faculty prepares future economists focused on working with all types of socio-economic information. The main goal of the faculty is to prepare social and economic strategies, make decisions when problems arise and develop forecasts in the socio-economic sphere. Graduates of the faculty are employed as analysts, statisticians and forecasters, managers, auditors, accountants, and often work in high positions of public administration.

- The entrance exam consists of written tests: general academic prerequisites, one foreign language.
- The entrance exam for the first cycle of study in the specialty "Economics and Law" consists of written tests: general educational prerequisites, one foreign language, history and social science, logic.
- The entrance examination for the first cycle of study in the study programme "Applied Economics" in English consists of written tests in English: general educational prerequisites, English language.

The Faculty of International Relations was created as the youngest department of the University of Economics. The main mission of the faculty is quality education, which includes training specialists in international economic relations, world economy, international law, relations of the European Union, international political problems of modern diplomatic practice, protocol. Particular attention is paid to language training.

The main objective of the faculty is to provide quality education, which includes a high level of communicative competence in two foreign languages, the fundamentals of economics, law and certain disciplines of the social sciences. The faculty focuses on the development of language skills and abilities. Intercultural communication and interdisciplinary approaches to the issue under study are among the features of the educational process that allow graduates of the faculty to be widely used in the labor market. Mastering foreign languages and acquiring bicultural or multicultural competence expands one's opportunities in searching for a prestigious job.
